- Ranked as having one of the most beautiful famous faces by "The Annual Independent Critics List of the 100 Most Beautiful Famous Faces From Around the World."
- She was one of the original cast members in the world premiere of The Peach Blossom Fan, performed as the inaugural theater production at Disney's REDCAT Theater in Downtown LA.
- She made Maxim's 2010 Hot 100 list at number 99 and Maxim's 2011 Hot 100 list at number 49.
- On April 15, 2010, Brie co-hosted G4's "Attack of the Show!" She would again host the show on March 16, 2011, alongside co-star Danny Pudi. Brie has also appeared for a short segment on the G4 show, Web Soup.
- She is a fan of the Los Angeles Clippers and San Francisco 49ers.
- The English accent she developed for her role in The Five-Year Engagement was so convincing that she accidentally fooled producer Judd Apatow into believing she was British.
