“
I'm going to get a shovel because theater is dead.
”
— Star-Burns, "Modern Espionage".

At Greendale during the 2015 semester, Vicki put together a one woman stage show entitled "Veni Vedi Vicki". It was based on her life story and her opening number was a song called "Vicki the most. She performed the show in front of a live audience who seemed to enjoy it with the exception of Star-Burns who was in attendance. He was unimpressed with the first song and left the show early after expressing his displeasure to his fellow audience members. The song was first heard in the Season Six episode "Modern Espionage".

Lyrics[]

Opening song[]

From the marble steps of old D.C.
to the sun soaked Tampa coast!
I have been to every place
where you can find the human race
but I have been Vicki the most!

Trivia[]

Julius Caesar[]

The title of Vicki's show is a reference to a Latin phrase "Veni, vedi, vici". It was made famous by Julius Caesar in 47 B.C. when he used it in a letter he wrote to the senate. In the missive he used the phrase to describe how easily he conquered the kingdom of Pontus after just five days. In English the words loosely translates to mean "I came, I saw, I conquered". It has since been used in the modern lexicon as a short hand for any kind of decisive victory.
