"Biology 101": Pierce is welcomed back into the fold by Abed and everyone else in the study group. When Abed is comatose due to seeing that "Cougarton Abbey" only has 6 episodes, Pierce asks how his state is different than he always is.
"Remedial Chaos Theory": Pierce attends Abed and Troy's house warming party for their new apartment.
"Competitive Ecology": Abed ranks Pierce higher than Shirley when asked to pair the Study Group up including Todd.
"Horror Fiction in Seven Spooky Steps": In Abed's horror story, Pierce get annoyed at him for humming the whole song. Pierce tells a horror story to the study group featuring himself as a Magnum and Abed (and Troy) as a gangsta. When Abed asks if it was Pierce as Magnum in the story he says "still am, Pakistan". Pierce is part of Troy's horror story in which he is a mad scientist who sews Abed and Troy together.
"Advanced Gay": When Pierce flips his position and supports a gay video of Hawthorne Wipes, Abed says Pierce's positrons have been negatized, creating anti-Pierce.
"Regional Holiday Music": Pierce is convinced by Abed and Troy to join the Glee Club and perform in the Christmas pageant.
"Urban Matrimony and the Sandwich Arts": Pierce's new security camera identifies Abed as a "threat level four".
"Contemporary Impressionists": Pierce and the study group agree to work as celebrity look-a-likes for a party to clear Abed's debt with Vinnie.
"Pillows and Blankets": Pierce joins Abed's Pillow Town forces and creates a WMD called "Pillow Man".
"Virtual Systems Analysis": In the Dreamatorium, when Abed is taken away by Chang, he then turns into Pierce who says he doesn't know what is going on.
"Basic Lupine Urology": Abed questions Pierce as to whether he watered the Study Group's yam or not and whether he smashed it. Pierce initially lies but comes clean when he learns the yam was smashed and then accuses Todd.
"Curriculum Unavailable": When Dr. Heidi says Abed is sick and the group objects, Pierce says Abed is as crazy as one in the group, implying it is him.
"Digital Estate Planning": When Abed falls for Hilda, Pierce tells him not to get weird. When Hilda's house burns down and she is crying, Pierce asks Abed what's up with her.
